1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We will ship your order as quickly as possible, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been sent.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping to the United States:
- Standard Shipping: $2 | Estimated delivery 10-18 business days
- Free Standard Shipping for orders over $30
- Express Shipping: $5 | Estimated delivery 7-10 business days

International Shipping: We currently ship to select countries; shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to weather, customs processing, or carrier issues. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs. If your order is delayed more than 10 business days, please contact us at aoxsiediy@gmail.com and we will help you track your package.

4. Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages if you provide an incorrect address. If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours.
